I know summer's a bit far away now and it's probably hard to think of the vacation that you'll be taking in a few months.  But it's always nice to plan ahead isn't it? Before you know it, your vacation will be right around the corner.

When you are gone, in addition to having a neighbor collect your mail, there are a few other tips that can help you save a few bucks when you are gone.

Perhaps you didn't know but some cable/internet and even cellphone services allow a temporary hold period, that you can use and which is perfect for vacation time.  It's not perfect though as the companies will charge you a relatively small de/reactivation fee, but it's certainly less than what you'd pay for a month of cable that no one is watching :)  You can do the same thing here with your account at LeadToRealty!  If you go on vacation you can place your account on hold -and we don't charge you for it!
