With all the homes for sale now, how will this affect you?

Well first of all if houses for sale are a dime a dozen in your neighborhood, you've got to be competitive.  Pricing is the obvious place to start.  There are also some other bits of advice on this blog as well!!

SELLERS:  Again as we've mentioned here before - get more than one offer, do research (online as well).  Be smart and clever (again read this blog!!)

AGENT:  Take baby steps with your clients, work with them - really pay attention to a client's need now more than ever.  That doesn't necessarily mean cutting commission though.  You too can be creative.
