With this blog post, I'm going to deviate from the normal spiel just a bit. In fact, you should probably get used to it because I'm introducing a re-vamp blog plan for the future. Why post real estate news on the LTR blog when we're real estate lead generation experts? It doesn't make sense. There are some phenomenal sources for news, so check out our blogroll and when I come across a good article I'll be sharing it on twitter. Instead, I want to focus this column on what we do best: helping agents acquire new business.

LeadToRealty has been generating home buyer and seller leads for 7 years and during that time we've seen agents have phenomenal results (over 20% conversion rates!) with our service. Over the course of our business history, we've gained some knowledge about how agents can truly succeed with lead generation. Every month we have agents call us up delighted, but we also have agents who are frustrated because they are getting leads but not converting them to sales. Those aren't the results that you want or that we want. Let's face it: as cliché as it might sound, your success is absolutely our success. We want to keep you as our client and we want you to be enthusiastic enough to spread the news about our service and how it benefits your business.

In order to help you get the most out of the leads you purchase, I am going to dedicate the LeadToRealty blog to marketing, sales and conversion. So let's work together: I'll post lead generation industry insight and you get out there and turn those leads into sales. Deal? Hey, and if you have any ideas or suggestions for me, I'd love to hear them. Expect to see our blog migrate in the next couple months to incorporate a comments section. Until then, we'll have to do this the old-fashioned way: drop me an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it This is the first step towards some exciting changes that should benefit both you, our customers, and our company, so I'm excited and I hope you are too!

Best,

Amber Davis
