It's too bad that we have to hear continually bad news about the market, but it seems to be the undeniable truth doesn't it?  Things just don't look good.  This is one of the times when people say that the 'market  is tough' and it really is true!!!

 

Just recently another article was posted online about homebuilder confidence and how it's, get this, at an 16 year low!  Yikes.  It's tough for agents there now, really tough.

 

But, as you've read here before, let's be honest, did we really expect to maintain the 2005 bubble?  C'mon!!  There are natural corrective measures that will work themselves out and everyone will be happier! :)

The downside is that it will take a while, much like the bubble that lasted 2 years or so, this 'reverse bubble' will likely take just as long to go away.  Don't hold your breath.
