Everyone knows that the holiday season, typically mid November to mid January is considered a bit of a hard time in the business of realty. People are strapped for money, or too busy to consider buying or selling. At LeadToRealty we have seen and experienced this hardship ourselves in the past years. Therefore, imagine our surprise to suddenly be flooded with numerous success stories. It seems now, more so then ever, many of our realtors are experiencing a plethora of successes. We normally see that at least 1-10 lead will work out, or represent a future deal, and we are glad to know that there are many of our realtors experiencing this and more in a time period we have always considered to be of a slower stretch. We are now starting to send surveys to measure our realtors´ content level, and also to gauge deal amounts, or future prospects made, and we are very satisfied with what we are seeing. Realtors are definitely getting a great return on investment, making their own holiday season brighter to be sure!
