In several columns here, we've mentioned that it always pays to do some research before making any kind of realestate transaction.  It seems that people are listening to the advice posted here :)

People are using the internet more and more frequently, and if you are a real estate agent, perhaps you should to.  Here's just a bit of information...

According to the California Association of Realtors, 73% of consumers who use online tools to look for homes expect to be contacted within 4 hours.  Incredibly 21% expect a call immediately.  That is one of the great features of our program here.  As soon as we get off the phone with a prospect, his/her contact name is sent to you (even as a text message if you'd like).  That way you can get in touch with each prospect, just seconds after we hand up the phone with them.  How's that for timing? :)
