At LeadToRealty we always like to keep our current and prospective clients informed and we wanted to let you know about one great benefit of being affiliated with us: your online account. Each realtor that subscribes to our service has access to online account that contains a variety of services. Below is a quick run through on these services/helpful functions.

Home- Here you can take part in our LeadToRealty surveys to help us keep track of how things are affecting you in the world of realty and to also better help us improve upon our service to you. We also provide you with up-to-date realty news, as well as links to other organizations that like to report on the ins and outs of the market, etc.

Review My Leads- Each online account contains full details on each lead (prospective buyer/seller) we have sent to you. Also provided with each lead is a Google service where you can see the area that the leads are looking to buy or sell in, quite a handy feature!

Regions- You can change or add areas of interest where you wish to receive leads at any time. Areas can be selected by county, city, or zip code. If you are only wanting to work in certain areas of a county or city, then zip codes are always recommended! Our system uses the information obtained from the United States Postal service to send leads to you.

Customer Support-This section allows you to create a case for a problem lead, see any Open/Closed cases, communicate with Customer Service, and to also see if you have any pending credits applied as a result of recommending a realtor to us, having a credit approved from a case, or if one was given as a result of a LeadToRealty promotion.

Contact Info-This allows you to change any of your contact details. (Please remember that if you like, we can set up text message notification of the leads for you.)

Password-Here you can change your password.

Billing Info-With this section you can change your billing information (credit card or place more money on your account). You can also see which of your leads were free or paid.

Logout-Remember each time you are through with your online account to click this button or for your safety, your online account information will be frozen for a select period of time.

These applications allow you to always be informed about the realty market, and any changes with LeadToRealty. We also want to make sure the your lead information is always at your disposal. Furthermore, we consider our ability to make pertinent changes to your account a top priority, so we are constantly adding more self independent features to your account. At LeadToRealty we don´t just send you a lead; we like to provide a variety of tools for you, at your convenience and disposal.
