Kim Ades, a very successful and renown realtor/found of president of Opening Doors and Frame of Mind Coaching is starting a new venture. She currently works at helping realtors self improve by finding their strengths and weakness and creating methods to use or correct those for the best advantage of the realtor, her client.

Her company will soon be launching a pilot program to be aired on television; the first airing is scheduled for May 28, 2007. This program will involve 8 real estate agents and their journey, with coaching by Frame of Mind, to achieve all their professional goals and aspirations with self improvement.

Here are the basic requirements need to apply for one of those 8 positions:

1. Must be available for a 1 hour interactive class each week, to be held by phone
2. Take accountability with the other members of your group
3. Do all homework (one of which is a 5-10 minute self evaluating writing exercise
4. Be personable, professional, and respect all confidentialities of the program.
