With the market as tricky as it is now, people are really getting creative with how they go about selling their homes.  There are some really good ideas out there!

 Take this for example:  We all know how tough it has been to sell a home and that many nice homes have been on the market for very long extended periods of time.  So, what to do?  Why not sell your home via raffle?

 Just recently a home went on the market and was sold this way!  The owner sold, let's say for example, 250 tickets at $1,000 each.  The winning ticket walks away with the home.  If you aren't a math whiz, the owner of the house gets fair value for his home this way ($250,000 in my example).  Not bad!
