Fastest growing city...Denver?  Seattle?  Nope...

Ft. Worth, Texas? Yep!  The Texan city boasted a 20% growth between 2000-2006.  This could be a diamond in the rough for the real estate market, don't you think?  Everyone knows that money can be made in high end markets like Miami or New York, but what about a getting a bunch of 'lower' end deals in a short amount of time?  Maybe one could acheive that in the Ft. Worth market?

Obviously, the average home value in Ft. Worth isn't what it is in Miami, but since the city is growing so quickly, perhaps a sharp agent could turn around a few quick deals to help the people that are buying/selling there.  What do you think?
