This bit of news comes from the other side of the world but is still applicable here at home. Essentially it's the golden rule isn't it? - Apparently in New Zealand a company 'sacked' 6 employees for scamming buyers. How so? Well according to the report, the agents inflated prices and offered those prices to buyers...obviously in hopes for more profits. Not that it needs to be said, but with all of the hard work that many agents put in day in and day out, it would be a shame that a few 'bad guys' can potentially ruin the reputation for the majority. Fortunately, the agents in question have had their licenses suspended. |
