By now, I'm sure you've heard of Zillow.com right?  If not, check it out.  It's kind of like a Google, Ebay, Craigslist all rolled up into one site.  One can mark a property for sale and others can ask questions about the property and what goes on in the community.

Well, the company just got a nice chunk of change from investors - $30,000,000 to be exact so expect more features and better usability in the near future.
