Two forces to be reckoned with, Re/Max and Zillow have announced that they are partnering up. Zillow´s listing program will now allow sellers that are listed with Re/Max to also gain listing exposure, by putting their listing on the Zillow.com site as well. On average, about 4 million people look at Zillow.com per month, and over 70% of its users are buyers/sellers buying now or in 1-2 years.

With this agreement, all Re/Max listings will be daily uploaded to Zillow, and in return any buyers that use Zillow will be able to contact a Re/Max agent to help them as well as view current properties listed with Re/Max.

This partnership definitely gives them an edge over the competition and a possible monopoly could be quick to occur.
