Dallas-Fort Worth, Indianapolis, New Orleans, and Atlanta what do they all have in common.

No, it's not that they all have football teams, nor that they all have good food (thanks to Indianapolis).  It's because there is good news there, relatively speaking in their local real estate market.

Word on the street has it that these markets are on the up and up despite all the trouble.  We're looking at about 5-6% growth in the next year or so. 

That said, if you are in the unfortunate time and place where you are looking to make some kind of real estate transaction, if you are in one of the aforementioned cities...count your lucky stars!
