Moving can be tough, stressful, fun, exciting..pretty much everything under the sun right? Here are a few tips to keep it the latter 2 adjectives rather than the former:

- This might seem obvious but you'd be surprised - keep a note on you with your moving shipment number in case you need to call the mover with questions about your items.  While you are at it...keep your mover's number handy too!

- Here's a good one that is very useful - Give your number to the moving van/truck driver before he/she takes off.  You never know if he/she might need to ask you a question while on the road right?

- Pack a survival kit for your new home - When you move into your new home, most of you stuff will be buried in boxes and you might not see some things for some time..but you've got to eat/sleep/live!  Here's what to do:  Pack stuff like toiletries, can opener, soap, screwdriver, pliers, etc, and some cups and plates so you can some what go about your day to day activities and tackle certain issues that arrive with ease
