When you sign up to buy Real Estate leads, tips on potential buying/selling clients for you, you never know when you may receive them. If they are fresh leads, they will come to you right after they are validated by your lead generation company. This means you could get a lead any day of the week, at any time. You also don't know how many you will get. If you are signed up for 10 leads a month, do you really want to just receive them a couple times of week, making that potential buyer/seller wait and become cold? No, of course not, although this does make it a little difficult to keep track of them all. You have to call and email each lead, giving each one prompt follow up. Lets face it, we all wish we could be efficient organizers, but some of us just don't work that way. That is why LeadToRealty provides each of their Realty clients with an online account, fully equipped to handle lead follow up.

In regards to lead management, each online account contains a CRM tool. With this feature, each lead received is displayed, with all their information and contact info. You can also add notes per lead, utilize a reminder to help you remember important dates/tasks that pertain to each lead, and rate your status with each lead (how the lead is working out for you so far). Any information you upload can also be transformed into an Excel.

If for some reason a lead doesn't work out or you are having difficulty reaching them, your online account also allows you to quickly notify Customer Service, who then investigates the lead, finding them for you or approving a replacement for a free of charge potential new client. At LeadToRealty our goal is to provide you with top notch service. We measure our success by that of our Realtors and want to do everything possible to help you close deals with your leads.
