As winter approaches, some of us still have our homes on the market.  It's not ideal, but what can one do to make the best of this situation?

First of all, if you live in a warm area, like Southern California, or Miami let's say, selling in December is virtually the same as selling in June isn't it?

But if your seasons do affect your home/life selling might be a bit tougher.  Please make sure that your yard looks attractive no matter the season/weather.  It's obvious that trees will lose their leaves and what not, but at least make sure that the grass is free from branches and/or dead leaves.

Also when presenting to buyers how your home looks, pictures from the Spring/Summer will make a better impression.
