People everywhere are thinking the same type of questions: Should I sell? Is this the best tine? Should I wait for the market to get better, or if I wait too long will it get worse? These are certainly difficult things to ponder. You have to weigh your options. Do you have a real necessity to sell now, or can you wait a bit? Are you moving because of job relocation, or are you just ready for a change of scenery? Can your plans be postponed? Also, what time frame are you looking at for selling? Traditionally, the spring and summer time are when people actually want to do the physical act of moving, as that is when their children are on vacation and the weather is more suitable for moving. Therefore, from the month of February on are the best months to market a home for selling. As far as the question of the state of the market, that is up in the air. There are those who look at the situation as a glass have full, where it will get better and it is fine to wait, and those who look at it |
