Selling your home on the radio can be expensive; ad time can certainly be costly....unless you have your own radio station! Who would have thought that you, yes you, can broadcast your home's characteristics on the radio.  Well, it's not exactly a full blown radio station, but people can hear your signal from a short distance away.

The way to do this is by using a service/company called "Talking House".  This service allows home owners to rent a signal transmitter and a sign to place outside.  The service allows you to record a custom message about your home and its features, and the sign let's people driving by that they should tune into your station to get more information. 

It seems like it might be a great tool, especially for people who are in the FSBO market.  That way when potential buyers are cruising around in their cars, you home will really stand out!
