Selling your home...yikes...lot's to do.

Everyone knows that a nice clean appearance will help you sell your home for more $$ and in less time.  It's pretty obvious that you'll have to cut the grass, perhaps plant a few flowers, and certainly wash the windows.  But what else can you do to add a bit of flavor and spice up your house?

How about these ideas found online:

-Offer potential buyers a decoration allowance
-Pay for a cleaning service before or after the buyer moves in

There are surely other creative ideas to really grab a buyer's attention...any ideas out there?
