-Here's a really nice one for you to start - Your movers work hard to help you get your stuff in and out of your homes.  If you have the means, supply them with some cool drinks (beer?) and some snacks.  It's a nice way to show that you appreciate their work.

-You should always, when leaving your house, make sure that you clean it and make it a pleasant place for the new owners to see.  It's kinda like the Golden Rule don't you think?

-Finally, make sure you have time.  If you estimate something at let's say 7 days, see if you can give yourself 8, or even 9 days, just in case.  You'll thank yourself when/if something goes wrong
