There are some basic guidelines that you can follow. First try to get a home near the center of the neighborhood. Try, unless it's your thing, to avoid a busy street or a property that backs up to a busy street. That part should be obvious. Less obvious is the idea that you don't want your home to be on a street that's a artery between 2 busier streets. This will create a significant amount of thru traffic and could lead to congestion that you didn't count on. |
