We all know how much time we spend in the bathroom day in and day out...but did you know that each full bathroom that one has in their house, adds approximately 24% to the home's value?  Well that's what the NAR said in 2005!  Hopefully that number's not too dated now, perhaps it's come down a bit, but even so, it is quite interesting isn't it?

People seem to be taking advantage of this these days.  Bathrooms have seem to be getting bigger and bigger and more luxurious as well.  They don't just consist of a toilet, sink and shower anymore.  Now people are making these rooms more like spas with dual shower heads, jacuzzis, not to mention sub floor heating systems.  You've seen "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", why not make your bathroom like one that you've seen on TV?

It's really a step in the right direction don't you think?  Why not make the bathroom an incredible place to be?
