Selling..is tough, especially now.

Selling can be even tougher if your buyers can't "see" themselves in your home when they take a tour.  So, what can you do to improve that? 

A good idea is to make the house a bit more, what's the word, 'less yours?'  Here's an explanation:  You want to make the house seem livable, meaning that you don't want the buyer to walk into an empty house but at the same time they have to envision it as their house, and now YOURS.  That said, try to put away things that make the house yours - pictures, souvenirs, etc.  Pretty much anything that adds a face, so to speak, to the home.

Buyers want to imagine themselves living there and it's tough to do with you and your family watching their every move! :)
