It might be obvious to some, but perhaps to others not...

Your agent should probably prepare a flyer for with photos and details about your home.  In addition to details about the home a contact phone number should also be listed so buyers can contact the agent for any other information/questions.  Again, perhaps obvious, but also worth mentioning - the flyer should be easy to get as well!  Have your agent put them in a box outside of your house (near the For Sale sign?) and also have them in the house so buyers can grab them as they look around.

The box outside is convenient for buyers that pass by in their cars.  It shows enough basic information to hopefully get their attention for a bit and then decide if they'd like to learn more!
