A while back you probably read an entry here about making sure the lock on your front door is in good working condition. 

Let's take that another step now....

Check your doors to make sure they swing nice and easy and without any noise.  You don't want to 'scare' off any buyers!

Be sure to check all of your windows and doors to make sure they are squeak free.  Open and close them to make sure that they work properly and smoothly.  If there are cracks in the panes or in the glass, try to replace it before you start to have buyers in your home.
