Showing your house, as you know, can be a pain in the neck, both for you and for the people that are coming to see your house.

Keep clutter to a minimum, this includes furniture.  Too much can make rooms seem smaller and less livable.  A nice idea is to check out some model homes in your area and see how the pros setup their show spaces.
